I have lived in Port Augusta for 12 years and am an active member of our community, I enjoy living and working here in Port Augusta it is such an inclusive and supportive community. I started working in the childcare industry in 2009, and completed my Diploma in Children’s Service in 2012 through Tafe SA. I have always had a passion for working with children, there is no greater joy, than to be part of a child’s development, seeing them grow as an individual and develop their own personalities simply fills your heart. Every child is unique, they have so much to learn and to offer, every day I am surprised by just how amazing they really are, my work allows me to not only be a part of but to also witness their growth. I am passionate about allowing children to learn in a safe environment where they feel comfortable to explore both as individuals and socially. I feel strongly about nurturing children to be confident about challenging their abilities and celebrating their successes.
